| Beskrivelse: CREE skal bidra til Ã¥ øke kunnskapsgrunnlaget for nasjonal energipolitikk og for debatten om internasjonale energi- og klimapolitikk. Videre skal senteret bygge opp kunnskap som bidrar til økt innovasjon, i hovedsak knyttet til kunnskap om politiske virkemidler. MÃ¥let er Ã¥ videreutvikle det metodiske rammeverket og benytte det til Ã¥ analysere problemstillinger som er relevante for utvikling av politiske virkemidler, markeder og regulering, internasjonal energi- og klimapolitikk, samt innovasjon. Forskningen ved senteret vil primært være basert pÃ¥ økonomi. Forskningsaktiviteten skal være særlig relevant for brukerpartnere som bestÃ¥r av beslutningstakere innenfor norsk politikk, regulatorer og viktige aktører i energimarkedene.
